  • This is the 2mm character wheel for the sheet embosser.
  • There are 40 small round holes on the back of the character wheel, corresponding to the characters respectively, which are used for accurate limit when rotating adjustment, so as to ensure the accurate position of the text.
  • The character wheel is made of high quality abrasive steel which is processed by high temperature quenching. It is 5 times harder than ordinary steel.
  • The embossing depth is from 0.1 to 0.3mm. You can adjust it according to your needs.
