DigiKote/DigiSeal UV fade resistant thermal laminating roll film on 3" core 43" x 250' x 3.0 mil with satin finish represents professional quality lamination for all thermal roll laminators. Satin adds contrast which enhances black and white photos, images and dark ink on light color paper while dramatically reducing glare and keeping colors true.
DigiKote lamination roll film is specially formulated with ultraviolet inhibitors to prevent fading. UV inhibitors extend life of prints up to 5 times longer than other films. DigiKote features premium polyester film base with aggressive adhesive that bonds at low temperatures (185-210 degrees F), making it ideal for inkjet prints. The 3.0 mil thickness can to be rolled for storage and protected from direct light and handling.
DigiKote low-temp thermal laminating film is designed to bond to inkjet, electrostatic, laser and thermal transfer technologies as well as standard offset printed sheets. Low bonding temperature helps preserve inks in inkjet and digitally printed graphics. The LightFast technology UV inhibitors allow the color clarity of your digitally printed graphic projects to remain crisp and clear.
TIP: The actual temperature required for ANY laminating film varies by laminator type (heated roller vs heat shoe), laminating speed, ambient temperature, type of paper and even the color(s) of the print being laminated.
Overall diameter is approximately 5" inches and fits most roll laminating machines using 3" diameter feed roll mandrels.
