Fitment: 71600 Manifold Drill Template Kit is compatible with Ford 4.6L, 5.4L, 6.8L V10 2 Valve and 3 Valve Triton Engines

Remove broken exhaust manifold bolts on the compatible motors without damaging the cylinder head:
1. Position and Secure the Base Plate: Align the base plate over the bolt holes using its tapered centering bolts. The slip-fit bushing allows you easily move from hole to hole without repositioning the entire plate.
2. Extract the Bolt: Once secured, use a screw extractor through the bushing to remove the broken bolt.
3. Alternative Drilling Method: If the extractor cannot be used, use the included bushing to drill to tap size for subsequent repair.
