This warranty is limited to the replacement of the torque unit purchased by you which fails during the warranty period. All claims will be disallowed if the unit has been altered or tampered with prior to our inspection. Under no circumstances will we accept any charge for repairs to an alleged defective unit, and under no circumstances will we be liable for oil, towing charge, or time lost while unit is out of operation. All claims for labor and any and all other consequential damages will not be honored. THIS WARRANTY IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE UNIT, UPON OUR INSPECTION.
