Black Swan Pipe Wrap Primer is a quick drying, rubber based primer. Used on underground gas pipe to fill voids and to prepare the pipe for pipe wrap tape. The adhesion of the pipe wrap tape will be greatly improved by using the Pipe Wrap Primer in advance.
