The GES8+ Series gas extraction suit kit features a 3-layer balaclava, coverall, and kitbag. It is the perfect solution to keep you safe when you are working near gas lines or anywhere there is a risk from a prolonged flash fire. The suit allows the worker at least 8 seconds of time to get away from the fire to safety.
Smooth moisture absorbing inner layer provides added comfort in hot conditions while easing the process of donning and doffing. The suit comes equipped with a brass front zipper, hook and loop closing placard, and a 10' long rescue strap.
A 10′ long Kevlar strap with a tensile strength of 3500 lbs. is permanently affixed to the coveralls to aid in an all-in-one solution for communication or rescue. A convenient pocket is placed on the back of the suit to safely tuck away the strap when not in use.
