Important Notes:
·Pump installation: The oil pump bracket structure must be strong with good rigidity and should be able to absorb vibrations adequately.The oil pump can be installed in any direction (preferably horizontally), and the pump and motor shafts must be aligned, with the coaxiality controlled within a diameter of 0.1mm.The suction pipe diameter of the oil pump should not be less than the inlet diameter of the pump.The oil tank should have baffles to separate bubbles and dirt brought by the returned oil.
·Before starting the oil pump,ensure the inlet and outlet ports are correctly identified and connected.The rotation direction of the pump must match the indicated direction on the housing.
·After purchasing the oil pump, if it is not used in time, please inject anti-rust oil inside and apply anti-rust grease on the surface
When installing the oil pump, remember to seal the oil inlet pipeline.Once the air leaks, it can cause noise, vibration, and bubbling of the hydraulic oil tank, which can damage the oil pump.
