【How to Boil】1. Plug the kettle into a 120V outlet. The kettle will beep once. The display will show 212°F(100°C) flashing for 2 seconds, then show the current water temperature. 2. Press the power button. The kettle will begin heating to a boil. 3. It will turn off automatically with a beep. The display will show "OFF" after 30 seconds of inactivity.
【How to Keep Warm】1. Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds. The keep warm symbol will appear on the display. 2. Turn the knob to select one of the preset temperatures (104°F-194°F, 40°C-90°C). The water will maintain the selected temperature for 2 hours. 3. The Keep Warm function can be canceled at any time by pressing the power button for 3-5 seconds, and you will hear 3 beep sounds. You can also remove it from the base to cancel the function.
【°F/°C Conversion】You can change the temperature units from °F to °C (or vice versa) by pressing and holding the knob for about 5-8 seconds. You'll see the unit symbol change on the display.
