Description
Why this driftwood? Naturally porous wood forms tunnels and cavities that fish love to explore. Each piece is hand picked and size graded for easier aquascaping and layout planning.
Two size options: 20~30 cm (8~12") / 30–40 cm (12~16")
Material: Natural hardwood, no paint or resin
Use: Aquarium hardscape, shrimp/planted tanks, terrarium décor
How to Prepare Your Driftwood (Rinse–Boil–Soak):
Rinse and brush the surface under running water.
Boil for 30–60 minutes to help remove trapped air and surface tannins.
Soak in fresh water for several days; change water daily until the wood sinks and the water color lightens.
Notes: Tannins may tint water tea-color at first—this is natural and often welcomed in blackwater biotopes. Each piece is one-of-a-kind; photos show typical shapes only.
Notes: Because this is natural driftwood, each piece is unique. Photos show examples only; the pieces you receive will vary in shape, color, and grain, but will fall within the stated size range. Always pre-soak/boil before use.
