Flex Edge Mixer Beater Main Jobs:
Idea for light to medium-heavy mixture, like: Biscuits, Cookies; Quick Breads; Cheesecakes; Devils Food Cake; Waffle dough; Mashed potatoes; Pie pastry; Creamed Frostings; Gum Paste and more
But Do not use with heavy mixes such as breads, coffee cakes, rolls and buns, which should turn to dough hook or that flat beater without silicone edge

How to Adjust Mixer to Work Properly:
After mixer model is selected correctly, If, for any reason, the Flex edge Beater still not fit properly, hitting the bottom of the bowl or too far away from the bowl, you can correct the clearance easily as follow:
1. Turn adjustment screw SLIGHTLY counterclockwise to raise the Beater or clockwise to lower the Beater.
2. Make adjustment so that the Beater edged rubber just contact slightly and gently with the bowl surface.
