This fiber optic splice enclosure protects stripped fiber optic cable and fiber optic splices from the environment. It is weatherproof with watertight seal for Outside Plant aplications and designed to protect optical fibers from debris, dirt, dust, moisture and water. As much of the fiber system is outside in a harsh environment, these protective enclosures are designed to meet the tough protection requirements of fiber-optic splices.
