Scope of application: With a compact design, this edge banding cutter integrates seamlessly into confined spaces, making it suitable for both workshop scenarios (e.g., cabinet assembly lines) and on-site installations (e.g., countertop fittings). It consistently delivers perfect trimming of straight and curved edges, and delivers exceptional performance for box trimming, melamine, and vinyl laminates—even for thicker materials (0.3-2.5mm/0.012-0.1 ")—with zero readjustments required. Note: This product is not suitable for plywood veneers.
Ergonomic Push-Pull Grip Design: Unlike traditional edge band trimmer, it features an ergonomic push-pull grip with a contoured handle, which enables natural hand positioning and effortless push-and-pull motions for trimming excess materials. Its non-slip phenolic base ensures stable control during prolonged operation, reducing hand fatigue by 40% compared to conventional models.
Adjustable Edgebanding Trimmers: When cutting thinner materials, adjust the height and horizontal position of the lower bearing to make it fit closely. Otherwise, thin films might pass through the gap between the upper and lower bearings. Bearing blade adjustment method: Loosen the lower bearing fixing nut and adjust via the horizontal position adjustment hole at the back. Loosen the two vertical position adjustment nuts of the lower bearing and move the lower bearing mounting seat up and down. Once the position is determined, tighten the nuts.
Important Notes: The maximum cutting thickness is 0.1 inches. Materials exceeding this thickness may fail to be cut properly. Avoid colliding the bearing blade with metals like nails or screwdrivers, as this could damage the blade.
