Special Features

  • BOND SKIN TO SKIN: PVC Laminator Adhesive is a lower viscosity, solvent-free structural adhesive system designed for laminating unmilled PVC sheets and boards.
  • 15 MINUTE OPEN TIME: PVC Laminator is a moderate cure speed two-component product with an open time of 15 minutes at 70º F after mixing. It is ready to handle in 45 minutes and may be cut and machined in 1 Hour.
  • EXCELLENT ADHESION: PVC Laminator cured performance shows excellent adhesion and bond strength in excess of the PVC. Our Laminating Grade System is so strong, it appears to weld the PVC together.
  • EASY TO APPLY: PVC Laminator is easy to apply and is impact resistant with extremely high peel strength. Its lower viscosity provides greater flow-out with less clamping pressure to insure a thin, void free bond
  • BONDS TO PLASTICS & METALS: The PVC Laminator has excellent adhesion to plastics & metals, and aluminum used in core bonding applications.
