Fits seat posts and stems. The walk #905 steel shim allows you to convert a 13/16" seat post to work on a frame that needs 7/8" (22.2mm) seat post. You can also use the shim to convert 21.1mm quill stem to be used in a 1" threaded fork that takes a 22.2mm stem.
