ATS Acoustics Putty Pads are an affordable, easy to use acoustical putty on release paper for use around junction boxes. Acoustical putty is often used in residential and commercial construction for application on most common building materials, such as wood, drywall, concrete, metal, and plastic. Wrap all boxes in acoustically rated walls with ATS Acoustics Putty Pads in order to maintain the highest STC ratings. This product works in all designs including single and double stud, RC, clips, and QuietRock walls. These pads work in conjunction with other soundproofing, noise dampening, and sound absorbing treatments, and can dampen noise, vibration, and sound from machinery, electrical boxes, HVAC units, water hookups, and cables. Comes in a case of 10 putty pads. Each pad is 6" x 8" x 1/8" thick. Acoustic putty is easy to work with and mold, requires no additional special tools, and can be used for a variety of different shapes and sizes as it adheres to itself so it can be double-layered.
