4 easy steps:

1- Lay the swaddle flat and place the baby on back between the arm flaps. The strap should ALWAYS be below the shoulders.
2- Fold the arm flaps over the baby's arms, one at a time, and tuck them gently under the baby's back.
3- Pull the right outer strap across the baby to the left.
4- Place the left outer strap where it feels snug, then secure the Velcro.
