Step-by-Step Guide for Installation

1. Detach the Sanding Pad:
Remove the sanding pad from the sander by unscrewing the three securing screws. Lift the pad off.
2.Disconnect the Clutch Belt:
1. Carefully remove the clutch belt from both the fixed pulley and the pad support pulley.
3.Install the New Clutch Belt:
Position the new clutch belt onto the fixed small pulley. Stretch the belt gently and secure it onto one side of the pad support.
4.Final Adjustment:
Rotate the pad support clockwise or counterclockwise to ensure the clutch belt is properly seated and aligned.
This guide ensures a smooth installation while maintaining the functionality and durability of your sander.
