  • Hook and Loop Backing: The sanding disc features hook and loop backing, easily hooks and loops onto your orbital sander pad, ensuring secure fit and quick changes. The back of the sanding disc has one side of the hook and loop and the orbital sander has the other half so it sticks to the sander.
  • Versatile Use: Multi-purpose sandpapers are suitable for a variety of materials such as wood, metal, plastic, etc., and can be used to polish rust, paint, burrs, welds and scratches on various complex surfaces.   • How to Use: Designed for use on random orbital sander, disc sander, or other sanding equipment with the PSA backing plate. Make sure the surface to be sanded is clean and free of debris to prevent premature wear of the sanding disc. Apply even pressure when using the grinding disc to avoid uneven surfaces or over-sanding certain areas.
  • Tips: Choose the appropriate grit size based on the material and level of sanding desired. Coarse grits (40-80), medium grits (100-180), fine grits (220-400), ultra-fine grits (500-1200+). The larger the grits number of the sanding disc, the finer the grain size. Coarser grits remove material faster, while finer grits provide a smoother surface.
