Special Features
Portkeys LS7P is a lightweight and rugged 7-inch on camera monitor with powerful wireless camera control capabilities. This monitor is made entirely of aluminum and designed to support filmmakers during their creative journeys, even in the most challenging shooting environments.
Portkeys LS7P features a 7-inch touchscreen panel with a resolution of 1920 x 1080. With a maximum brightness of 1,000nits and a contrast ratio of 1000:1, this daylight-viewable monitor is usable in all shooting conditions, whether outdoors under bright sunlight or indoors in a murky studio. Trusting your on-camera monitor's colors and image is essential for making creative decisions on set, which is why the LS7P features a 10-bit (8+2 FRC) panel, and every monitor is factory color-calibrated.
LS7P features wireless camera control capabilities, which allow you to control a wide range of cameras from brands. It supports popular models, including the FX3, FX30, and FX6, as well as the EOS C80 and C400, among others. You can adjust settings like aperture, shutter speed, ISO, ND filter and white balance directly on the monitor's screen.
The Portkeys LS7P also introduces a unique and versatile feature: the one-to-many control system. This capability enables users to manage and adjust the settings of multiple cameras using just one monitor. A “master” Portkeys monitor can communicate wirelessly with up to four other compatible Portkeys monitors that have built-in camera control capabilities, all within a range of 50 meters (165 feet). This means you can adjust the settings of all connected cameras, regardless of their brand, from a single location.
Built-in NP-F dummy battery plate with power passthrough(8V/10W) to attach and power a wireless video receiver at the back of the LS7P.
