Special Features

  • Max Working pressure: 3MPa, Security pressure: 2MPa.Working temperature: 280℃ / 536℉, Security temperature:260℃ / 500℉, Heating / Cooling rate: 5°C/min，41℉/min .
  • Compared with PTFE lined hydrothermal synthesis autoclave reactor, PPL lined hydrothermal synthesis reactor support more higher operating temperature 280℃, which could rapidly dissolve the refractory material.
  • The PPL liner has no dead angle, high lubricity and non-stickiness, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, physical inertness and almost insoluble in all solvents. Compared with PTFE lined hydrothermal synthesis autoclave reactor, PPL lined hydrothermal synthesis reactor support more higher operating temperature 280℃, which could rapidly dissolve the refractory material.
  • The stainless steel body is integrally processed and formed, the 304 stainless steel wall is thickened, and the refined thread is matched with the lengthened tightening rod to create a high-pressure air-tight reaction environment to ensure safe experiments. Material: 304 stainless steel reactor & PPL lining.
  • The kettle lid body and seal are made of durable and reliable cable sealing structure, and the sealing effect is stable and leak-free for a long time.
