You are buying a pair of Black Saddlebag fillers that fit Harley Touring models from 1993-2008 EXCEPT for Street Glide. Made from 16 gauge steel these 2 1/4" wide fillers mount between the fender and saddlebags covering the rear shock mount. These are black primed and ready to paint. Note, these will not work with Harley's Quick Detach Back Rest or Tour-Pak Hardware, nor will they work with the Electra Glides that have Saddlebag "side" guards. Mounting hardware is not included.
