This is just the throttle lever. It has 2 holes for mounting the throttle linkage. hdc 4/20/92 This throttle arm is for the #40D carb used on the 40LA. NOTE: This arm is 1/8 shorter than the original that is provided with the engine. It works fine, modeler may have to bend his linkage slightly to accommodate this. JAL 10/7/97UP.
