To Install:

1. First locate the license plate mounting holes in the bumper.

2. Second clip the bottom of the plate holder over the bumper and then bring the top of the plate holder up to meet the bumper - make sure the holes line up with the bracket tabs before pushing the tabs up into the bumper frame holes as they can be very fragile and break off if too much force is applied.
