This is a BRAND NEW marine cylinder head for all 4.3L/262marine engines made from 2000-newer. This is an aftermarket replacement cylinder head for Mercruiser, Volvo Penta, OMC, and GM marine 4.3L engines used between the years 2000-2015. This cylinder head uses roller rocker arms. You can use this head to replace the older vortec heads, however, an adapter kit will be required.
