The compact 2-in-1 chenille and rotary cutter is designed to cut through multiple layers of fabric with the 28mm Japanese stainless steel blade. Four interchangeable guides are included, for creating a range of narrow to wide stitching channels in a multi-layer faux- chenille technique. Safety lock mechanism and ergonomic grip makes cutting easy.
