100 Oregon Lamination Premium brand Registration size 3 mil hot laminating pouches 3-1/2" x 9" with standard 1/8" radius rounded corners and clear gloss finish. High gloss finish makes colors pop. Maximum sheet size recommended for this pouch is 3-1/4" x 8-3/4" (or less) to leave a standard 1/8" border of clear laminate around all sides of card for a secure sealed edge. -Metric specs = 89mm X 229mmmm and 75 microns thick per flap. Made of PET polyester plastic and heat activated thermal adhesive on both flaps.
TIPS: Industry standard description for 3 mil laminating pouches is 3 mils on each flap for a total of 6 mils added to your paper sheet. Also, 1 mil = 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). The industry calls these laminating pouches when they are sealed on only one edge instead of three. Seems like they should be called laminating folders.
