Techniglass uses a proprietary diamond bonding technique to layer diamonds to the metal for a more uniform result. The design improves bit performance by reducing the amount of vibrations transmitted through the glass which produce fatigue cracks. One inch diameter bits do not inchbite inch into the glass quite as much as 3/4 inch diameter bits, creating straighter edges and gentler curves. Use it to quickly remove large amounts of glass, producing high-speed shaping.
