Pastel Neon (Ne) Hot Pink is a barbie pink neon creme nail polish. It is soft and buttery, and opaque in 1-2 coats. It is a lighter version of our regular neon series. Because it uses are large amount of powdered pigment, the finish is a semi-matte. Top with a glossy top coat for full glossy look. For a matte look, top with a matte top coat. This formula is lighter than the regular neon series. Color may differ slightly in person due differences in monitors, screens, and lighting. All polishes are made by hand in small batches. Small differences may occur between batches, however, we try to keep them as similar as possible.
